All standard orders of Tonique Skin Care products are shipped via the USPS or Fedex.  Due to a high demand orders are shipped within 5 business days of order.

We assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged orders.

International Orders

International orders may incur additional fees due to tariffs and taxes imposed by the country.

 

Returns

A RAN (return authorization number) must be obtained before returning any product and must be obtained by e-mailing returns@toniqueskincare.com

Please note that all packages must be unopened and unused before returning and returns must be received within 10 business days of obtaining a RAN.

Please also note that shipping charges will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
