How do I return an item?
**No returns on sale or discounted items**
All items must be unopened, unused, and returned within 30 days for a full refund. Please contact customer service either through livechat or on our toll free number for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) in order to return an item and more information on returning an item. Thank you.
**If the location your package is being delivered to is not secure please request signature confirmation so that your package has to be signed for upon delivery as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped**
