Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:

Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@toniqueskincare.com and send your item to: PO Box 18734 Baltimore Maryland US 21206.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

I love this product amazing all natural ingredients that improve skin and even textures.My go to product! Love it did exactly what they stayed it would do.
I was really surprised at the color change after 1 week usage. I used the product twice a day and noticed the lightens. Patience is what I am trying to do right now. I have 2 age spots that is lightening very slowly. It has been 3 weeks. I am loving this cream because my face looks amazing. So I moved from regular strength to super concentrated this month. After almost a month of usage on the regular strength, I decided to move up but stopped using the product for almost a week before I switched to the super concentrated. I must admit that after I stopped using the product for that week I did notice a bit of darkening of my complexion to its natural color but nothing too drastic. Then I received my semi-custom gel cream for face super concentrated on the 4th of May 2017. Today is the 12th of May and my complexion has already cleared and whitened I will say at least a shade and 1/2. I was worried that the product would be too strong for my skin but have had no problems.
I was having problems with acne and of scars on my face lots of them:). After chatting with customer service they advised i buy this. I was so scared of breaking out even more with something new but i gave it a chance. After using it now for about 3 weeks i can say i made the right decision. No break out from this and my face is so much clearer and my marks are still lightening up. i am already almost 2 shades in. I use it once a day in the morning i just say my sunscreen. I still have over half a jar of this. Trying to stretch it lol.

I am so amazed at how well this product is working so far to lighten my skin and dark spots. I have only been using the product for one week and I can see amazing results. I will keep you all posted on how this cream is working for me.
I have had cystic acne for more years that I can count. My dermatologist found a medication that stopped the bumps from coming but nothing worked to remove the scars. It became depressing to have to cover up my dark spots with layers and layers of makeup. I spoke to a dear friend of mine who does lighten her skin about my spots and she recommended this formula but because it was so expensive I was hesitant to get it. Dark spots from acne have been with me since my early teen years. I am sure that not wearing sunblock has contributed to this according to Kai from Tonique and even now in my adult years I still suffer from breakouts from time to time. Using this cream has completely changed my life and skin. My face is completely clear and radiant for the first time in a long time and to top it off I don't break out half as much anymore I may get a bump here or there but it never leaves a mark as long as I am using this. I recommend this formula with all my heart and it has saved my self esteem.
